All prices displayed within the online shop are inclusive of VAT. Where possible we strive to give you the best prices and aim to remain competitive on most of our products. We reserve the right to alter prices without notice in response to manufacturing cost increases and exchange rate fluctuations.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

If you are not completely satisfied with the order you have received from AutoPot, you may return it to us within 7 days from the date of delivery. To return an order it is necessary to notify us within seven days from the date you received the items, please have your invoice at hand as you will need to quote your order number and date of purchase. We will be happy to exchange or refund all items returned to us, if received as sold in their original condition and that no saleable/sealed packaging have been opened, please include a copy of the Sales Invoice received with your order.
To cancel an order you can email us, or write to us (see our contact page on the main website), you may cancel an order by telephone however it will be necessary to confirm in writing thereafter. If the goods you have received are faulty, incorrect or damaged on delivery we will be happy to exchange the item or issue a full refund to you including any delivery charges. Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receipt of the returned order.

Damaged Items In Transit

All received items must be inspected upon receipt. Please inform us within 24 hours if there are any damages apparent, enabling us to take the necessary action(s) to resolve the issue. Any claims after this time, unfortunately will not be dealt with.
